Registration guides for Pearson MyLab/Mastering platforms, Pearson technical support and contact information, quiz guides, lists of frequently encountered issues, and short introductory videos for each course platform are available via moodle.itu.edu.tr. Students can access these documents by logging in to moodle.itu.edu.tr with their ITU username and password and navigating to the relevant documents under the CRNs of their courses on the main page. These documents can also be accessed via https://fefhavuz.itu.edu.tr/?lang=en webpage.
Students who are unable to complete their registration on the Pearson platform for any reason may receive support via yardim.pearson.com.tr by providing the student’s full name, student ID number, CRN information of the registered course, and the received error codes.
